Excellent product!! My son suffers from flat feet but he is still a soccer player. After 1 practice and game with these insoles, he immediately had no more pain or foot fatigue. These insoles fit perfectly inside his soccer cleats and they aren't too thick so he feels comfortable with them. I'm so thrilled that he is able to run and play as hard as he wants and his feet are no longer hurting him. Well worth the expense

I can not speak highly enough about these inserts. My son plays in the MLSNext and was experiencing severe ankle and calf pain. The team trainer told him that his arches had collapsed and gave him some PT to strengthen but also told him he should have custom inserts made. We opted to give these a try first and the relief was immediate. They fit perfectly into his cleats adding very little thickness. He said that they give him great arch support but do not change the fit of his cleats at all. He has a pair in all of his cleats now and has been using them for about 7 months. The durability is great, no signs of needing to replace yet. I couldn't recommend more

I loves this at the start my kid was not comfortable then she got use to it.It helps my kid sooo much now

If you’re flat footed and require some support for unilateral strength or balance, maybe try the medium arch support. The good: low profile is great (I used these for derby skates and a pair of barefoot training shoes, both need to have a sock-like fit). There is a slightly wider toe box to these which also worked well with my shoes. I also liked having a variety of arch height options since my lifelong flat feet have issues from being forced into arch support inserts that were too high. The bad: Not that durable, esp given the price. I’ve had these for 2 months probably wearing these 20 hrs/wk for practices and training (am 5’4, 170lbs). Like the other reviewer mentioned, they are starting to break down some. I followed his advice to put gorilla tape on the bottom. I also feel like the arch support has weakened some. I also am finding that the arch support isn’t quite what I need on one side. I have completely flat feet (hereditary), but also have difficulty recruiting my “short foot” arch muscles on the right side after ankle surgery 2 years ago, and this affects how well I can single leg squat on this leg. I can’t do this well using these insoles after 2 months. It’s almost like I’m not wearing an insole on that side, although the left foot is fine. In a different pair of insoles that don’t fit as well in my skates, I am fine on both legs, so I **do** think it’s an issue with either the arch height or durability. After 2 months in, I am finding that I want a little more arch support than low volume on both feet. For context, I am 2 years into my barefoot shoe journey, but find that I do need to have some arch support for sports and training, otherwise too many muscle and alignment issues come back.

Sorta hard to explain how much these have helped. I play 10+ hours of cleat sports per week and my feet and ankles feel SO much better with these

This inserts are amazing! My son wears this in his baseball cleats as well as his everyday tennis shoes. Perfect arch support. We first bought these insets from a specialty shoe shop. They evaluated his gate and recommended these to help relieve the pain he was experiencing. The relief was instant. No more complaints of his feet hurting. They are extremely durable and they didn’t wear out-he just grew!

My son immediately felt a difference in his cleats. He felt it held his foot so much better than without. He also has a slender foot - not sure if that makes a difference or not. Will order more for other cleats.

Nun das zweite Jahr in Folge wo ich das für den Sohn kaufe. Keine Kickschuhe ohne die Einlagen mehr. Der Sohn sagt, die Füße sind viel weniger müde und er hat super Halt dadurch. Definitiv wieder bei der nächsten Größe. Sie sind wirklich stabil und nutzen sich nicht ab, sind das Geld auf alle Fälle wert

Die Einlagen sind echt super und sind meiner Meinung nach mit dem Kauf eines neuen Schuhs vergleichbar (nur das man die Einlagen natürlich immer wieder nutzen kann...). Durch die Stabilisierung im Hackenbereich steht man nach meinem Gefühl stabiler und kann entsprechend schneller agieren und reagieren, bzw. die Bewegung wird schneller umgesetzt und darauf kommt es ja schließlich an :-) Tolles Produkt auch in der Verarbeitung, Lieferung ging super schnell - absolut sein Geld wert...

This is the second pair of this insole that I have purchased. They provide the support I needed. I definitely recommend for active soccer players that need insoles.
