This is a great idea for older vehicles that don't have a latch system or isofix with a tether. Boosters and convertible car seats require a tether.We have to install our carseats into older vehicles for times when kids need to travel other than main ride, none had the OEM hardware. This worked great for our mini SUV that the back of the seats were flat. It didn't, however, work in our double cab truck.The return period had passed by the time we got around to installing.I do recommend it especially if your trying to install on the middle seat to save space along with a narrow car seat to allow for 3 passengers in your back row.

Note: Only fits one of the two 3rd seats in Escalade, Suburban, Yukon (because the 3rd row passenger side seat has an assembly mechanism behind the seat that prevents this bracket from fitting; the length of the bracket would have to be less than a foot)Great quality! Well built and no assembly required.God forbid you were in an accident these brackets are certainly strong enough to keep the car seat safely in place.It does take a bit of a struggle to get the car seats latches to click onto the bracket because the receiver brackets are a bit short so you really have to push the clips deep into the seat.

Got it for my Infinity qx70. It works but you do really put some thinking into it to make it work

Definitely works all though it does not. Work for my vehicle I have a Lincoln navigator 02 but I was able to put under the seat and get it to work my carseat is not sturdy and not moving anywhere definitely good price

I had purchased this item for retro-fitting an older model vehicle. While installing it I found that this would not fit into my vehicle so I made a call to my local Certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians with the Highway Patrol to get advise in retro-fitting and safety. She had informed me that this "Carrfan Car Child Seat Restraint Anchor Mounting Kit for ISOFIX Belt Connector" WAS NOT INSPECTED by the US for safety standards! There is no information online warning against purchasing this this one or similar models. It was upsetting that there is no disclaimer information on this product! If thinking about purchasing or have purchased this model or one like it, I advise you to PLEASE contact your local car seat safety technician to help point you in the right direction for SAFE car seat installation!

My explorer didn't have the safety hooks, so I had to keep fighting with the seatbelts if I had to take out the baby seat. With this 2 clicks and it was in no fuss, definitely a stress saver

This is a wonderful product! I drive a 2001 mercury mountaineer and it doesn't have the ancors for a carseat so I found this product! And let me tell you works great, carsear doesn't move an inch! Definitely recommend!!!

Suburban, middle bench seat., to compliment install of my Grandson's Chicco Booster seat. It was eady to install and worked as described. I hihhly recommend purchase.
