Really good quality abs roller! Sturdy, comfortable knee mat, and smooth action. Works great for core workouts. Great value for money!. very good for beginners.

Best Product at Low Cost and it's Worth it
In my first product, both the mouths of the road were bigger in size and this disc was not entering into them. I replaced it and called for another one, it turned out to be quite good and there was no problem in it. It is light in weight and has a high load bearing capacity, the rod is made of steel and the discus is made of hard plastic or fibre.

very good im a young footballer and this is very good for defenders i recommend for MMA Boxing Muay thai any sports. i love it. it even came early when it was supposed to be on 15th June but it came on 12th june. love it

Don't buy the steel isn't even steel just some scarp metal that is paper thin
Poor quality build and the steel is paper thin I don't even think it's even still it might be waste metal with polished finish and the one I received even had defect and I tried to get refund but only replacement was available and I will not recommend anyone to buy this it's been to just buy in physical store then in Amazon as days by day their delivery policy is found down the drain and their customer care being useless is understatment as they don't even have the ability to communicate within their own system and are abysmmal level of sorry talk stored in their response and they always have been rescheduling the delivery date this would be the last time I will be buying anything from amazon And yesterday I got a deliveered message for my return but i am yet to receive the product
