Does this tip have the Seal in it , got one from Lowe's, it don't have the seal?

No, this is just the tip guard. The seal comes with the tip which is sold separately.

Does anybody know if this tip guard will fit on a campbell hausfeld gun? i tried the rac x, but the threads bottomed out before tightening to seal.

If your gun thread is 7/8" the answer is Yes. You also have to use graco tips.
