PROS: Long enough for a tall person to lay down (could easily seat four adults), firm yet very comfy seat cushions, attractive quality material, well built. Very happy with this sofa, and glad we got it at such a good price compared to other sellers (same exact sofa from Ashley, etc.). Assembly was not a big deal, just had to use personal tools at times, as the included ones are not very effective. Bottom line, we would recommend this sofa. It looks so nice on our patio, and we love spending time on it. CONS: Could definitely be shipped in a more sturdy and structured box. There were crushed-in areas of box upon delivery and we were afraid sofa parts might be damaged. There was a bent piece, but luckily it was minor and in the back bottom portion of sofa that would be against wall and not seen. Therefore, we did not contact customer service or try to return it, so we can’t speak on that.

Arrived on time and workers placed the box right here. Unboxed and checked everything, looks good, well protected, found two pouches of screws, zero instructions. Cant be too hard! Right? Well, like others have pointed out, the holes don’t exactly align right because the wicker wrapped around the frame throws everything off alignment. So, after trial and error on the first one which took three hours, the second one went pretty fast, only an hour. Here are my suggestions: First, lube all the screws and screw them all in and out all the holes in the frame. That will loosen everything up and make it easier later. I placed the chair on its front on the deck and aligned the back onto the base. It’s tight, you have to be careful how you wedge it in without tearing the wicker. Start with the bottom two corner screws. Those are the easiest to align and get started, then you can pivot the back to align the two top side screws. Once those four are in place loosely, look and see how far off the bottom two screw holes are aligned, or not, most likely. I screwed in the left two (corner and upper) screws all the way and that pulled the back over so the bottom two holes more closely aligned. I got one threaded in but there was no way the last one was going in place. So, I got my drill out and a 1/2” bit and drilled out the hole larger. That gave me just enough room to get the screw started. Then I tightened everything down. I did the second one the same way but before I even started, I drilled out the two bottom holes on the back first cause I knew they were going to be an issue. Sure enough, had I not drilled them out I wouldn’t have been able to start those two last screws. I think everyone is a little different, slightly out of whack and the wicker wrapped around the frame interferes with everything aligning. They should make the holes bigger and use larger washers, in my opinion. But other than that, we really like them. I ordered the Monterey Garrison covers too, even though of the mixed reviews and we’ll see how long they last here in dusty, hot central California.

This easily could have been a five star purchase, I would definitely recommend purchasing from a company that will assemble it for you. I paid for the white glove service, the delivery company was not aware. Ended up in my driveway. This is a large piece of furniture and the screws are plentiful. Fortunately they are all pre-drilled with metal slats, making this very sturdy. Unfortunately, the directions were not that simple. Read them, put all of the parts in order, and keep rereading them. And if you pay for white glove service… Buckle up because it might not happen.

Love this set! We bought the couch and matching swivel rockers. Very comfy couch and chairs. Cushions are nice and thick, provide great support and does not sag. Was hesitant on buying it because My husband is a large man but the couch and chairs do not give when he sits on them. I was also concerned about the light colored fabric of the cushions having small boys but it’s held up really well, very stain resistant. Only came with 2 cream colored designed pillows (pictured) wasn’t crazy about them so I decided to make my own with outdoor green color fabric from JoAnn Fabrics, to give it a pop of color. Outdoor rug is from Lowe’s. Originally tried to purchase the same products through the Ashley store but could not handle the 6-12week waiting period. Found this while cruising on amazon and had to get it. Came within 10 days, very happy with delivery. Easy assemble, requiring only one person about 30 mins to put together. Would recommend this set, well worth the money to invest in a nice sturdy set with great cushions, such as this.

One chair is super comfortable. Cushions are great, we have the sofa as well which is great. One chair in under two years old and is leaning down and therefore trash as it’s factory welded. Very disappointed with the purchase.

Was looking for great quality, oversized chairs for my giant sized husband. These are perfect. The only negative, was they were a pain to put together. Just 6 little bolts, but they are in the most awkward places. It was tricky getting the back on just right to line up the holes. *Pro tip, do not tighten all of the screws until they are all in. Second chair was a little easier. Wish there were matching ottomans, but I think I found some that won’t clash too much.

I stalked these chairs for a month before purchasing, to get the best possible price. I was obsessed..I could tell they were beautiful from the photos, and they are even more so in person. But, of course, there’s a however….the arms arrived with small scratches, mainly along the edge. I took my handy furniture scratch markers and colored them in, because I figured it would be a nightmare to return these. The box is huge. And both chairs were in this huge box, so how would I handle that? Anyway, yes they’re beautiful, sturdy, directions are crazy confusing, but one chair took my husband less than an hour to figure out. Worth the extra money, just watch those arms for scratches.
