Absolutely love this company and this product! Originally ordered the hide away for packages on my front porch but the Multi Teared planter was sent by mistake. I thought it would be cute to use them both and the company immediately made it right by giving me a discount. Would definitely buy from them again! Bonus that it’s made in America and owned by vets!

Looks freakin fantastic! Ships almost fully built! Putting the sand in the base part is as annoying as it usually is, but once altogether it’s sturdy and beautiful! If you’re planning on putting plants in the upper basket leave them in containers, the tray does not have enough drainage to support putting in dirt and “planting” flowers. The inside is very spacious for larger packages! 10 out of 10 would recommend! Especially for apartment living!

Love this mailbox. Getting the sand in the hole was a chore, but I will enjoy not chasing my light weight delivers across the yard. The tan color accents my light tan of the bricks of my house.

I like that it is weather friendly for packages. I like the height it could be wider for larger packages. I like that it is durable. I don’t like that there is not a separate location for the delivery person to deliver packages. There is only one location and that is where I’m able to lock so therefore I am unable to lock it before delivery.

This is the best purchase due to COVID I have made yet. I got it so that I could open my front door after deliveries, there is no space to either side of my door on my little front porch and when I received a box I was instantly trapped by my screen door. We had purchased flowers to go in the top but realized it worked SO much better leaving it empty for food deliveries. Perfect for touchless deliveries. I added a few signs pointing to it and it is in full view of two of my security cameras. And all of my delivery drivers have used it! There are 4 drain holes in the bottom of the top tray and we have had a lot of rain so I can verify that the top does not hold water and the bottom does not get water. I

Like the product, looks just like it did online, was easy to set up...I’m only sorry I didn’t order the signs at the same time, because no one will put the packages in it without the signs on it.

I love this thing. I have yet to add a lock but the whole thing is super sturdy even through upstate NY snow, hail, and strong winds. My door did break however, and the company was willing to send me new parts. Would 100% buy again

Bought this box for packages on my front porch. I also bought a sign that says to put deliveries in box, and used Velcro to get it to stick to the box. I put sand in the bottom to hold the box down. I have a lock on the box. Works like a charm! Delivery people use it about 90% of the time. The ones who don't use it much are Amazon's delivery people. I have complained to Amazon about it 3 times so far. They gave me a $5 credit but that didn't help the problem.

I had been wanting one of these for YEARS ! It was constantly unavailable ! Finally, it was back on stock but only in grey... I contacted the distributor and asked if they could get it in BEIGE fo me (US Manufacturer does make this colour). The distributor said NO... they could not get me one in beige...They were not willing to go the 'extra mile' for a customer... So, I packed up my hopes and ordered it anyway... I LOVE this product ! ...but the grey does CLASH with my house colours... which are in beige/brown earth tones... If they do get beige ones, I would order a other and put this grey one in the backyard... I had my heart set on a BEIGE one... but settled for this from the fear of not getting any at all later on. . . .
