Expensive product, but you get what you pay for...First class product

I hope the click button manufacturers will realise there is a minor with them. They double press sometimes. The mouse is outstanding.

The dreaded click failure (one click, many activations) kicked in within less than a year. I love the design and comfort, but the software is godawful and the reliability is clearly limited. My first and last mouse by Mad Catz. Pity.

I have literally been waiting for this mouse for years since it was first announced! Having been a RAT 9 owner for many years, I was very happy with its funky design, customisable features and weighty feel (by adding the optional weights) ... its design is true in keeping with the pleasingly outlandish RAT design philosophy. The materials used are clearly of a high quality & whilst the palm-rest is adjustable, the thumb-rest is now static ... hey ho, I can live with that. And now for the problems: In order to set user profiles and use the advanced features of the mouse, the quickstart guide points you to their website's download section. Going there, you'll find a whole host of devices listed ... but not this one?!?! I contacted Mad Catz asking where I can get hold of the software and its almost been a week since and I have no response. Since then, I have noticed that the mouse won't always work when the PC boots (disconnecting/reconnecting it works). I suspect this is a driver/software related issue, however my previous point illustrates the importance of good customer/device support. Despite the quality of the actual mouse itself, I am quite disappointed ... been waiting for a long time for this and stumped up the rather steep £220 to buy. However, I'm not willing to pay the price for what is one of the most expensive mice on the market today, only to experience intermittent connectivity issues and seemingly non-existent customer support ... this one is going directly back to Amazon for a refund.

Best mouse I've ever had this here R.A.T. PRO X3...and excellent Customer Service from the Seller. My new Go To mouse provider is DELE Nordic.

Amazing mouse but if you have big hands this is not a mouse for you.

The most convenient form of mouse. The worst build quality and software on the market, the cheapest materials. Compared with its not perfect first version Pro X, it feels like it's a fake. Already in search of a new mouse, this was the last chance I gave to Mad Catz. Rest in peace, manufacturer of cheap garbage at high price. Hope some one like Roccat, Logitech, or maybe Asus now in the mouse maket, take as a basis this successful form, which turned out to be in inept hands.

Vorsicht betrug!! Ich habe 2019 bei Amazon eine Mad Catz R.A.T Pro X3 gekauft wir haben 2022 in den 3 Jahren wurde sie 3mal von Amazon wegen des gleichen Defekts umgetauscht. Immer wider die Rechte Daumen Taste die vorwärts Taste von der Verbreiterung. ( ULTRA LANGLEBIGE SCHALTER Die RAT PRO X3 ist mit extrem langlebigen Schaltern ausgestattet, die eine Lebenserwartung von über 50 Millionen Klicks bieten und sicherstellen, dass Ihre Gaming-Maus Sie in der Hitze des Geschehens nicht im Stich lässt! ) sind die worte von mad catz auf ihrer Web Seite. bei drei stück in 3 Jahren und immer wieder der gleiche Defekt. Für 230€ und der Beschreibung auf der Web Seite hätte ich mehr Qualität erwartet. nach dem sie jetzt wieder den gleichen Defekt auf weist, wandte ich mich wieder an Amazon die mir sagten Garantie wäre abgelaufen ich sollte mich an den Hersteller wenden. Was ich tat. Die ersten 2 malle direkt über den Support auf der Web Seite. Bis jetzt keine Antwort. Dann hier über Facebook wo dann mal ein Antwort kam ich sollte Rechnungen, Bilder und Model name & serial number: schicken was ich alles machte und darauf hin wies das dieser Defekt immer der gleich ist und auf ein schwachstell schlissen lässt. Darauf hin kam von Mad Catz die Garantie wäre abgelaufen sie machen da nichts mehr. Die letzte habe ich neu am 6 Oktober bekommen und jetzt wider defekt. Auf jede weitere Email von mir keine Reaktion von Mad Catz !!!! Also Support genauso schlecht wie die R.A.T. Pro X3 !!!! Also für mich ist das schon Betrug für viel Geld minderwertiges Produkt. Ach ja der erste Beitrag dieser Art hier wurde gelöscht das sagt doch schon alles aus!!! !!! VOR SICHT NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN !!!!! FINGER WEG VON DIESER MAUS!!!!!!!

Was waiting for the Pro X3 from long time, Price is slightly higher but no regrets Delivered on time as scheduled. Quality is awesome, Mouse as expected, One of the best mouse with tons of customisation. Though Hex key and cleaning brush is missing from package. Package was sealed and doesn't seem like opened. 4 star for Mad Catz , 1 less because of seller

Den första musens mittklick fungerade inte så den skickades för en ersättning. Bara ett halvår efter köpet började LMB dubbelklicka. Just nu gick plötsligt mushjulet av - plasten är ömtålig.

Très bon matériel, matériaux de qualité, clics gauche et droits séparés du corps de la souris, légère.... Le côté ergonomie adaptative est un peu surfait(2700 combinaisons.... Uéuéué ^^) Ne conviendra pas à toutes les mains. Les 3000hz de polling fonctionnent parfaitement, et ajoutent encore à la fluidifié dans les mouvements de souris. Enfin une souris capable de rester précise et sans parasites dans les petits mouvements lent à 12000dpi.... :D :D Un peu chère cependant...
