We started with one cabinet for our garage then liked it so much we ordered a total of 4. I would say there are no issues with 3 of the cabinets. The are made by Rubbermaid and can hold lots of weight. They are over 6ft tall. I wish the shelves were a few inches deeper but then that may be too large for our area anyway. We bought the first one to hold heavy tools. For the most part it was easy to assemble the hardest part is aligning the door hinge and side panel to put the support bar through. Not terribly difficult though. It took my husband 45 minutes to put the first one together, then the last three about 25 minutes each. A couple of things to be aware of. These are not waterproof so I wouldn’t recommend using them outdoors. The handles have holes that you can secure a padlock if you wanted. The one we had an issue with the handles don’t line up properly, but we can live with that. The other issue in the video (you will need sound) is that one door opens 3/4 of the way, then you have to really pull it to open all the way. Again, not worth the hassle of boxing up to exchange. For the price point these are clean looking and sturdy which is all we needed.

All plastic which ideal for the Florida. No metal hinges to rust out. Easy to put together. I think this is going to be a good storage bin for my pool supplies.

Will you ever receive compliments on your stlyish taste in cheap plastic storage cabinets? Absolutely not. Will you ever comment favorably on the simple elegance of the sticky hinges that pop when you open them? No. Will you get your crap off the floor and organized and out of sight so you're no longer embarrassed by clutter for a relatively small amount of money? Yes. I bought two of these and had them assembled in less than 30 minutes. In the time it took a pizza to be delivered in the 80s I assembled two of these plastic behemoths and moved them into place. They are VERY light so one person can fairly easily move them around. They have A LOT of space, so you can fill them up with lots of crap. The fit and finish is laughable, but they don't look too bad from a distance. They do the job and that's it, and I respect them for that. They also seem to be very durable, I would wager these will outlive me and possibly the human race. They will serve well as low to medium income housing for roaches, or perhaps ants, long after humans are radioactive dust.

This is high quality for a small air compressor, small generator box, or welding tool security. Either in or outside shop mounting, here is how it works. Ask Alexa to give you the real INSIDE dimensions, and allow for air cooling room. The middle shelf is webbed, for air movement, good news there. Use 2 in. thick treated wood under the floor so it won't flex over time. Jigsaw out an area for the machine to go through that webbed shelf, reinforce if needed, mine didn't, good snug fit for security. Looks good, quiets the unit, with room for hoses etc., you get well planned security, add a steel spike and chain as desired.

Spent what I considered alot of $$ for this cabinet because I expected good quality from Rubbermaid and I needed the advertised features: quick and easy to assemble, sturdy, waterproof. I've just started assembling it and am so frustrated. Instructions are printed on the back of the box as "how-to" pictures that are unclear with very little detail. I'm stuck on step 5 because you can't see in the instruction picture exactly what to do. I googled Rubbermaid for the instructions and only found a poor quality scan of the exact same instructions that are the box. I can't find any videos for assembly. Oh, and, it was difficult to navigate the Rubbermaid online list of instructions to find what I was looking for. I opted for this cabinet because it was emphasized how 'easy' it was to assemble. We are experiencing life difficulties right now that makes finding time and recourses for such things as product assembly excruciatingly difficult. It took a while to find time to shop for this much need storage cabinet and then took me weeks to finally find time to start assembly. I'm so disappointed that it is not easy to assemble as advertised. I think it might be if clear instructions were provide. Though not together yet, what I'm seeing so far makes me pessimistic that it will be sturdy and waterproof as advertised. If time permits, I'll update this review if and when I finish putting it together and start using it. It seems to be sloppily manufactured. The assembly holes appear to drilled with defective or worn tooling. The assembly hold cutout were left inside the parts and shavings are everywhere and there's a look of stringy, melted rubber around the holes. The round cutouts fall out everywhere when removing the parts from the box. Some of the parts are somewhat labeled from the molding, for example F1, these labels are not referenced elsewhere. It would have been nice if the instructions identified and referenced them.

This is easy to put together. The instructions are pictures on the side of the box and that is a weakness. 1. The holes for things to fit into are machine punched and the cut outs are still inside the plastic. It is wise to shake them out or at least shake them out of the way before inserting the piece that goes into that hole. This is because the cutout can get into the way and block the passage of the piece that is inserted. 2. The shelves and bottom and top look similar on the side of the box instructions but they are different. The bottom and top have a solid service to keep out dust. The shelves have holes. Make sure that you use a solid piece on the bottom and not a shelf. Otherwise, this is really easy and very big.

I ordered this cabinet and received it promptly, but there were 4 missing parts when it arrived. The box was not damaged in shipment, so I could only assume it came that way from the manufacturer. I had to call Rubbermaid to obtain the missing parts. They were very nice and promptly sent the parts out, but during our conversation they stated "these items are packed by hand and this sometimes happens." If you order this cabinet, be sure to unpack the box as soon as you receive it and make sure all the parts are there. Also, there was nothing in or on the box that had a customer service phone number. I had to look it up on the Rubbermaid web site. ALSO - The parts for this cabinet were very roughly molded. I had to shave off ragged edges to get the doors to open and close smoothly. The assembly instructions were a series of pictures printed on the side of the box, so that was of very little help. Fortunately this cabinet is pretty easy to assemble. The price seemed kind of high to me for plastic parts with ragged edges and missing pieces.

Just received our cabinet today. Less than an hour later it has been assembled and put in place and filled with items that I store in the garage. It was easy to put together and I liked that the instructions and illustrations were on the outside of the box. It seems very sturdy and looks great. I also liked that it is Rubbermaid. The last few cabinets I have had were metal and while they were cheaper, they rusted in a short period of time. This one should last me for many, many years so in the long run I think it will be well worth the money we spent on it.

exremly difficult to assemble this product nneds improvement it works well,it is worth buying it just takes a long time to assemble the instructions need improving and there were no brackets to attach to the wall you cannot just screw on the wall it wont work! you need to buy a bracket for the wall.

When you buy this product think one hundred times. If there was option for 0 star I would give it to my order. I think my picture tells more. It shows was inside when I had it opened. Just two shelves ???! Are you kidding me? Very dissatisfied.

Product arrived with only half the pieces required to build the unit as per photo - NO doors and missing two pillars and sides!!!
