Is this tuner used for non electric guitars

I would say that you can use this tuner on any string instrument as to tuning. Naturally the cords are for standard tuned guitars, electric or acoustic.

I'm a left handed player, can the chord finder be switched to a left handed chord chart?

It shouldn't matter if you are right or left handed. Just follow the strings top to bottom on the guitar and left to right on your tuner.

Tune Classical guitar?

As far as I know, a guitar tuner is the same for all guitars ? Never thought of that before. When I see folks tuning their guitars, they use the same tuning device regardless of what style guitar they are using at the time. I have a classical folk guitar, and it was okay, but I don't like the tone of this tuner, so it sits in a drawer, with me tuning my guitar the old fashioned way___using the 5th fret.
