Fitbit FB152OD Wireless Sync Dongle

Work well for our Fitbit watches and we have different watches.

I had no dongle for my fitbit one. I ordered this hoping it would work so I could update my fitbit and at least put the correct time on it. It take a minute or so to pair with the dongle using the app on your phone, but once it pairs, everything worked perfectly!

My wife and I split our time between a home and an apartment. One evening as we were driving back home, she realized that she had left the dongle behind. I found the Fitbit dongle on Amazon, and ordered it with Prime. She was very happy and surprised to have a second Fitbit dongle. As for the dongle, it worked right from the start. Now, whether we are in L.A. or Orange County, her Fitbit syncs right up.

I use a machine at the gym for a cardio workout that has no heart rate sensor. It does have a space to display a heart rate and it has two usb plugs, one says fit-key and the other is a lightning bolt. I hoped that if I synced my fitbit with this dongle, I could plug it into the machine and it would display the heart rate. I think I have to return this, because for one, it came with no instructions, and two, the videos on youtube say you need fitbit connect which was apparently discontinued in 2022. I have no hope of linking this to my fitbit. Why in the world is it still for sale if it will no longer work with new fitbits?

I lost my old fitbit dongle and needed a new one and this one works just fine. In this covid pandemic, its important to keep track of mileage outdoors and safe from the gyms, where contamination is highest. I was able to keep track of how far I was walking/running each day and has helped me lose over 10 lbs since april. I highly recommend this fitbit dongle.

I ordered this after searching online and learning that I needed a dongle in order to access more of my Fitbit data. I learned that I needed to download Fitbit Connect to my computer and the app would prompt me to connect my Fitbit through the dongle. I should have downloaded the app first. I would have learned that Fitbit Connect downloads as Fitbit and displays a dashboard similar to the dashboard in my account on the official Fitbit site. My data has shown up on the official Fitbit dashboard for years without a dongle. No prompt appeared to connect my tracker via the dongle and my data was in the newly downloaded Fitbit app. I will be returning the dongle. This was a total waste of time, money and a USB port. Let me rant a bit more. None of the Premium data that Fitbit users pay $9.99 a month for is displayed in either the "Fitbit Connect" app dashboard or the official Fitbit website dashboard. Fitbit uses that data, but I can't even see it except in my phone app???? I chatted with a Fitbit rep and learned how to download data from my account. It's very basic data that any Fitbit user can see. None of the Premium data is in this data download.

Dongle came in the mail quickly. It synched my Fitbit Charge HR and my laptop like it was supposed to. It does stick out from the side of the computer a little- about half an inch- so you have to be careful not to knock it. If you want to take it from one place to another- synch on different computers- there is no case or cover for it. You'll need to find some kind of small case to put it in so it doesn't get lost.

Misplaced my dongle that came with my Fitbit, searched high and low for it but had no luck. I was so glad to find this USB dongle on Amazon as without it I would've had to replace my Fitbit One. Delivery was very fast, item working lovely and saved me about £80. Thank you very much, highly recommend :)
