Q: What is the size of the wire used for this armature?

The wire's gauge measures about 1/8 inch. At the extremities of the hands and feet they've rolled it flat so it's wider (apx. 1/4 at its widest) and flatter (apx. 1/16). I'm speaking in inches here to clarify. Hope that helps.

Q: Can this be used again or is it a one time only?

If you rip the clay off the stand you can use it as many times as you want. Some people use polymer clay and then bake it on which would make it harder to get off but if you use a oil based clay then yea taking it off and reusing should be easy
