I used this to protect my face during a week-long sea kayaking trip to the Philippines in late April. The sky was clear and the sun was hot all 8 days on the water. I kept this covered over my ears neck and chin most of the day. It never felt hot or clammy using it as I would a buff in cold winter conditions. I was very surprised at how comfortable this was to wear in the humid hot sun of the tropics. I guess anything that stops the sun from broiling your skin keeps you feeling cool. As my medium wool buff is essential gear for cold weather trips this will be for summer from now on! It also worked great to cover my mouth on the long flight home while I slept as I acquired a phlegmy cough before leaving. Buffs are always multi pourpose! Also makes great blow up camp pillow covers.

The material itself I like, the color is vibrant and it’s tight enough but breathable. Definitely cooling when riding on my motorcycle with my full face helmet. However, if I stretch it just a little too far, the edge frays very easily. Only wore it a couple of times and the few times I had to fix the fabric inside my helmet, it frayed. Not my favorite for $20.

I live in South Florida. I wear my Buff mainly while riding my motorcycle but I also wear it while biking, walking and running. It's indispensable on long flights as it keeps my neck warm and or eye mask to get some shut eye.

I love the longer size. Good coverage universal color.

Great purchase! The seller shipped the item immediately after the order was confirmed and it arrived one week before expected date. The item itself, which I’ve already used as a mask for running and biking is an original Buff, great quality and very helpful in these times of pandemic. The fabric is cool enough for you to leave it on your neck and covering your mouth while exercising. I think it was easier to breathe with it than a regular mask. I only regret not buying mine sooner. I really recommend it!
