Best rain gear on Amazon!!
This is the best rain suit I've ever had. It is also a very good wind breaker. Durable, light weight and keeps your dry!! Definitely worth the price!!

Excellent protection and worth every penny.
Great! I needed a rain jacket for a fishing trip and this worked great. It’s large enough to fit over a thick short or even a sweatshirt with enough room for good range of motion. It kept me dry and was a good windbreaker as well while heading across the weather at about 40mph. The pants also fit well and did their job. Pants are a little long, but still worked out really well.

Funky shapes and sizes
Jury's still out on durability... feels like a flower garden weed barrier, maybe a little softer like damp cardboard. The pair arrived today (before the hurricane) so for fun I weighed the bag and it was .86 pound for the top and bottom. I felt adventurous so I carefully opened it knowing I'd be returning it... but wait! Everyone that said it runs one size bigger was right, well sorta. See I wear a Lg tshirt perfectly and 34×32 pants. So I ordered a medium. This is where I got scared. While wearing gym shorts I slide the medium pants on which are 35x33 as measured with a fabric tape. I did a squat or two and they didn't rip so, I'm good. Let's just say they'd be snug over jeans or impossible if I ever gain an inch in the waist. Oddly, still comfortable-ish for the price and quality. On to the jacket... my arm length is 33 1/2. At it's best the arm of the jacket is 32. Hits right at my wrist bone. Kinda stubby sleeves. The girth of the midsection is 48 inches from chest to bellybutton. Yes it's that short. So much for showing my hourglass figure. Fortunately, I can hike the hippily pants up a few since there's room for a basketball in the crotch. But when I do my ankles show when I sit. Won't be wearing these on the bike. Maybe --- on the boat with some wader boots. Anyhow the shoulders are roomy and the hood will also fit a basketball (I tried). It has a drawstring like the pants so it'll work if needed. Next test I dialed it up a notch. Yeah, I hopped in the shower. (I'd rather know in a controlled environment than outdoors.) It held up surprisingly well. No leaks that I could feel and with the nozzle at my back the hood did fine. Everything was dry except any exposed skin. So the moral of my story is "it works" if you're wearing a thin layer while standing or walking. If you're going to be wearing layers or sweats, riding, or sitting in a boat; you may want buy your actual size. Just remember there's plenty of room in the jacket if you have a keg instead of a 6 pack. The pants - not so much. I'll follow up Re: durability after a few wears.

They really do hold up to wind
I wasn't going to write a review for these, but now I feel that I must. I picked these up because I am getting into backpacking and wanted a fall back if the weather turned unexpectedly. Something cheap and light weight. So I wasn't hoping for much. But boy was I surprised. I always try to test out anything I'm buying for a trip or anything I'm going to be using later, that I make sure its going to work before I actually need it to work. I ran the jacket and pants under the tap for a little bit and yeah, they're waterproof. As advertised. But I had no way to test how well they broke the wind. As of right now, it S/E WI it is 19 degrees out and the winds are really going, from 35-55 mph. So I threw on the set and went to shovel some snow. And holy hell, they hold up. It is well below freezing and only wearing pj pants and a t shirt underneath, I was cozy. The only part of me that was cold was my hands, which had my work gloves on. So that tells you all you need to know. Absolutely great deal for the price. I saw a few reviewers state that the sizes run small so to order a size up, but I'm a short 5' 7" guy who bought a large, and they were big on me. So food for thought. Great product, 10/10, would recommend.

Great product love it, But make sure you dont get these from Froggtoggs main site
Make sure you order these on AMAZON or AMAZON prime in case you need a exchange. This set of rain gear I purchased through Amazon Prime and this dealer sent the correct set and size A+ please read below if in case your thinking of ordering from frogg toggs direct web site.. Warning : if you order these DO NOT get them through the original froggtoggs site their customer service is absolutely horrible!!! I been calling for days and no reply just to ask if I can exchange on a previous order the set I bought before this set of rain gear, they answer the phone, but the woman who does returns Never returns a email or phone call and I left over 14 calls to the place along with numerous emails just asking if I can exchange them, because they do not return your money under no circumstances at all that is listed on their site. So a word to the wise buy from Amazon PRIME at least you can return them or get them from a stone and mortar dealer that you can try on the stuff.. or you will be out 95 dollars and have rain gear to fit a giant. even if I was 6'4 the pants would have been too big!! Update: on 6/17/13 I finally got a live person to help since the person dealing with returns never answers the phone or returns calls or emails. Anyway I ended up getting a return number. I tracked the return and it was accepted by frogg toggs AKA Guntersville breathables and item was signed for. Today is 6/24/13 I called to get a status update and no luck with some one to help you there. The operator is nice, but it's too bad she can not connect me with a live person again customer service is horrible.. As for now Guntersville breathables DBA frogg toggs has my money and the product and no customer service what so ever.. I will call back and try again. I will update again when I hear something. UPDATE: on 6/24/13 I called Guntersville breathables DBA frogg toggs, and spoke with (Tina) the operator who then connected me to a Girl Named (Ashley) who told me their is a woman named (Judy) who was not available at the time or not there today.. Judy who does the returns in the order they are received and will take 3 weeks or more to process the return. also this Returns rep Judy is the only ONE that handles returns. I was informed there was nothing more I can do to make this go faster. So a warning to the people who order from the frogg toggs web site beware if you need a exchange... basically I will have no rain gear this summer for my weeks of traveling. Also if you try to email them you get a failure delivery repeatedly, I guess this is a small operation being only one person handling returns I see now this is going to be a long dragged out process.. so Like I said if you think you might need customer service I'd pay the extra at a brick and mortar store or AMAZON Prime because by the time you pay the return shipping your over what you would pay at the store, and the store will provide you with some level of customer service. bottom line order these from AMAZON PRIME they atleast will make things right if you have a problem. Update 7/19/2013 Had to call frogg toggs back said my jacket was on back order and Should be here at the end of August 2013 and the tek toad pants would be here in September sometime. Hopefully at this point a refund would have been better especially when frogg toggs never sent me notice of any back order. Just plain ole bad service and operations will not ever repeat business with them or their product again. Update: 7/29/13 I was contacted by a woman named Misty on 7/29/13 Misty was very pleasant to speak with and very professional. Misty offered to send out a upgraded rain suit on 7/30/13 for me to look at and see if I liked it. She also said she would email me with a tracking number and then I would have her contact information also. as of 8/2/13 still no email and yes I checked my email spam folder nothing there either, so I guess I'm back to square one at this point very frustrated. Update: after months of dealing with froggtoggs directly still no customer service at all.. no one returns calls.. they did end up sending me a totally different gear than I ordered, I guess I'm stuck with this unwanted gear(garage sale)trust me DO NOT buy directly from Froggtoggs.com if they don't have it in stock you will end up getting whatever they send you,and this is acceptable by the BBB because I got stuck with it, so make sure you read terms or description for returns. I never had problems using amazon prime. Amazon always has a good contact number or email that's not bogus, unlike frogg toggs.. Although I had a really bad experience with ordering from Frogg Toggs.com I hope to save someone else from being stuck with leftovers they want to send you and keep $$$. you should get what you order on that note I was scammed out of a little more than 90 US dollars.. Froggtoggs customer service did lie to the BBB about contacting me if she contacted me id have the emails and she never called or attempted to email me Misty William in customer service you lied..

Good for wearing over heavy clothing but no pockets.
Ordered 3 brands of rainsuits with the intention of comparing and returning two: **1) Mens Waterproof Rainsuit With Hood SWISSWELL Black Large ($40), **2) Result Mens Heavyweight Waterproof Rain Suit (Jacket & Trouser Suit) (L) (Black) ($23), and **3) Frogg Toggs Men's All Sports Rain and Wind Suit, Black, Large ($40). In the end, chose Swisswell. Swisswell seemed to have the best fit, style, and functionality. **1 Swiswell’s fit over my clothing and have their own pockets (no pass through holes). The material seems as though it would absorb water but a quick test under the faucet proved otherwise. Not sure how well these will breathe but I’m confident they’ll keep my dry. The appearance, fit, and Velcro/drawstrings in all the right places made this the top choice of the three. However, I don’t care for the left handed zipper. Will update after use. **2) Results: very rubbery looking and tighter than the other two. If I’d liked this I would have re-ordered a size larger for sure. This one is fine for minimal use or if your budget is below the $40 price of the other two but it came in last place for preference with me. Difficult to get back into the original bag but the only one of the three tested that has it’s own storage bag. Has pass through slots for access to pockets in clothing underneath. Also has annoying left handed zipper. C’mon, get it right China. **3)Frogg Toggs were quite large and made of the reusable grocery bag material which was probably the most breathable of the three, but I didn’t like that it did not have pockets or pass through holes (to access pant pockets underneath). If I’m standing watching my daughter’s soccer game, I want pockets for my hands so pocketless top and bottom was a deal breaker for me. These were the best at putting on quickly over clothing. The removable hood was huge and I felt I could have fit a helmet underneath. Also only one of the three with right handed zipper operation (finally!) This was a close second and I knew primary use would be worn over heavier clothing it probably would have been the winner.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ :) Florida-Proof Rain Gear — Keeps You Dry and Comfortable!
Living and working in Florida, I know how unpredictable and heavy the rain can get, and this FROGG TOGGS rain suit is a lifesaver! The 3-layer design is completely waterproof yet surprisingly breathable, so I stay dry without feeling like I’m trapped in a sauna. The fit is comfortable and allows full movement — I can bend, climb, or work outside without feeling restricted. The jacket and pants pair perfectly, and the material is durable enough to handle Florida’s wind, rain, and even rough terrain. I also appreciate how lightweight and packable it is. I can easily keep it in my car or backpack, ready for sudden storms. After multiple uses, it still looks brand-new and shows no signs of wear. For anyone who lives in a rainy climate, especially places like Florida, this rain suit is worth every penny. Practical, durable, and highly effective — absolutely 5 stars!

Field simulation test results: POOR
This Frogg Toggs Camo Jacket + Pants combo claims to be quiet, waterproof and breathable. If true, it would be a steal at $33 and change for the budget conscious hunter. We put it to the test as soon as receiving it in the mail and PRIOR TO ever going out to the field with it. Here are the results: Waterproofness: F (Failed) Went under the shower head and intended to stay under for about 10 minutes. Had to call it in about 3 minutes, because water could be felt coming in the suit - see photos. Water mainly came in at the seams of the jacket at shoulder level (see photo of the polo shirt I was wearing underneath for how much water got through at that point). Pants held up decently, but there were still a couple of minor wet spots at thigh level. If those were the results in 3 minutes you can just imagine how soaking wet you'll be hunting with this on a rainy day. Breathability: D. Claims to be breathable, but as soon as zipping it up one can immediately feel the heat building up inside. Not ideal for hot weather conditions. Durability: D. Material appears to be some sort of corrugated paper treated for repelling water. Will definitely have a few holes in it after a few uses out in the field. May last you 1 or 2 seasons, but that's it. Packability: C+ Packable? Sure, as much as folding a piece of paper can be; that's what it's made of after all. Fit: C+ Big enough to allow you to wear warmer clothing underneath in cold weather. You're not going to win any awards for being the best dressed hunter out there though. Felt baggy... Think Michellin man. Quietness: F+++ Went up and down a flight of stairs and walked around in it to break it in. Verdict: Wildlife will hear you coming over miles away. There is plenty of noise even when rotating your head with the hood on. Price/Value: C+ For $33 you'd think this would be a good value, and you'd be wrong. If you're going to wear this on a hunt and you know 100% that it will be sunny, you may be willing to forgive this suit's flaws. However, if you are looking for something that is quiet and breathable as well as fit better than a sack of potatoes, you should invest a few more bucks and buy something better. Needless to say, this suit will NOT keep you dry.
