Recommend highly
I have been using healthspan for 3 years after a consultant recommended - as far as I’m concerned it is working.! I don’t have any cramps or aches and my skin looks great. I recommend highly

Multivitaminic is fine, but the dye on it will paint your tongue red
The multivitamic is probably ok, no side effects at least. But the pills are dyed red, and the dye melts instantly on the tongue and paints it red for hours, which is annoying and unnecessary. Got scared thinking it was the tongue bleeding due to side effects from a medication I'm taking, and it was only the stupid multivitamic, lol Why can't you just leave the pill undyed?
