The balls are made of plastic. They are not the highest quality, but for the price, they are fine. If you are just wanting to try ben wa balls for the first time, this is a good place to start. They are not small balls so of you are looking for more advanced balls, these is probably not the ones.

first time trying these...came with no instructions so I winged it

Didn’t even use. Not what expected

I order these to help with my level exercises and to strengthen my muscles, however they came in a little bag with no labels or instructions on use. They could definetly use better labeling and some sort of guidelines .

I love these. They're huge but I can definitely feel it bouncing around!
