**Q: does this product only work with Ross paints  what about Utrecht or gamblin ?**
A: Yes this product will work with any oil paint. I have used it through the years with every brand of oil paints  on the market. ( with the exception of "Water base oil paints ")I  L. Sinnott , Art professor

**Q: Can you packaging it very very very carefully? I bought it  2 times,but damage when I received it.**
A: I agree. The paint itself is great, but the lid is very fragile. I’ve ordered this paint twice and both times the lid has arrived cracked and damaged. I’m hoping for better luck with order 3.

**Q: Has anyone tried using with water mixable oil?**
A: Depends on your water mixable oil paints. Most of water mixable oils can be mixed with regular oils. I mix then all the time, including with liquid white.

**Q: Why does it take 1 - 2 months to ship?**
A: From 2 to 3 days
