So far so good
I do not use this for towing. I use it with my tractor when lifting items. So far the strap has worked great. One of the hook clips is having some issues. The spring seems to have been damaged or is off so the clip is a bit more difficult to open, but is still functional.

Company replaced my defective strap for free
UPDATE: the company reached out to me and replaced the strap which works excellent now. Thank you for your customer service. Old review: Got into a snow storm a week after I purchased this. Hooked this strap up to a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was stuck in the snow and it snapped in half the second I put some pressure on it to pull the Jeep out. No jolting, it just tore immediately. Piece of garbage, the English printed on the case is horrible so you know it came from a Chinese factory that doesn't even care.

Would not trust with 15,000 pounds
I was using this to pull a tree across the yard and it snapped. I tried just to tie it around and it snapped again. It’s pretty cheap, but I don’t know that I would buy it again.
