LorAnn Almond Emulsion tastes better than any of the other almond extracts I have tried over the years. The scent and flavor are more vivid. Others seem flat in comparison. My experience with a bottle of this several years ago was that it maintains it flavor. So while this is a bigger quantity than I normally would order, I am confident that it will stay fresh. Also I will use it more often.

I am going to start this off with stating that I am by no means a pastry chef..... more like maybe semi-competent food network junkie. My absolute favorite flavor in any pastry is almond, and not the nutty almond...... Im after that sweet smelling Marzipan flavor. Let me tell you, this emulsion really delivers both in flavor and aroma! ( i may have dropped the bottle with the cap loose enough that it popped off and about a tablespoon splashed out. OMG My kitchen smelled AMAZING for a couple hours after i cleaned it up lol! ) The best part is that the flavor didn't bake out and the recommended 1 to 1 conversion was spot on. I would always have to up the amount of the store bought almond flavors with very mixed results. My very first bake was an Almond Poppy seed bundt cake and I've already had to remake it twice since. This is now a kitchen staple for me!

Smells and tastes amazing in coffee.

I ran out of vanilla and used this wonderful almond emulsion in my baking. OMG! I really think everyone who bakes should try this. It really elevated my baked goods to a whole different level. Also the smell while baking, heavenly!

This flavor is masked slightly when baked with but... for the price it’s not bad at all!!

what a difference adding almond emulsion makes with my cookies, icing, and other baked goods. The flavor is so much better than the extract. This is the 2nd bottle I have from LorAnn and I love using it. Great product, amazing flavor.

I love this product, it is strong so you don’t need as much and lasts longer. It does not change flavour when cooked, there’s no bitter taste like you can get with other almond extracts. It’s a shame it’s out of stock, really hope they get it back in as I would definitely buy again.

The emulsion provides a stronger, more natural presence in the baked goods, in comparison to essences or oils. No artificial aromas, or taste. Wish this existed 30 years ago when I started baking..

Ach, Ich liebe einfach diesen Emulsionen! Sie sind auf Wasserbasis und trotzdem geschmackvoll. Mein erstes Geschmack war "Peppermint"...OMG, das ist echt stark! Es reichen schon ein paar Tröpfchen um einem super Geschmack zu verleihen! Ich habe schon mehreren davon gekauft und ich werde sie immer wieder kaufen!

Wow. This is awesome stuff. If you love almond flavor, you will love this. It is very intense, and is excellent in my baked goods. The price too is very good compared to the grocery store. Hint: although I bought it to bake with, I find I am using it more often to flavor my coffee. Just a 1/4 tsp. in a cup of java really makes for a nice cuppa. Thanks. Will buy again.
