I bake a lot of different bread and this is a great helper. The Henry Baker makes really great baguettes if you follow the instructions and tips for using it. It takes just two hour from starting the dough until three finished baguettes. I am typically using the recipe for the traditional baguettes on page 30, using King Arthur unbleached general purpose flour. Perfect outcome.
