I'm used to having enough extra on a belt to comfortably fit to the first belt loop, this belt only sticks out 2 inches. If this matters to you, only buy it if you are about a 36" or less. The end that goes through the belt loops is a bit odd, one edge is trimmed where most belts it's symmetrically trimmed, seems to work, but it's just odd. I like the belt buckle, it seems to hold well. You slide the belt through and it clamps securely. It seems to be a strong plastic that looks fine, has a matte finish. It looks a bit light weight however. I haven't had it long enough to know if it's durable. The zipper appears to be of good quality and is quite long so the place for money is quite long. Someone complained that a credit card doesn't fit, well yes a belt of this width will not hold a credit card. Really the key for me is that it looks like a good black nylon belt and it works well. If they made one that was a bit longer, perhaps in a dark brown, I would enjoy getting another.
