I watched it and learned a lot about portion control and serving sizes. Richard S. also gave menu suggestions and showed us what they should look like. He is very informative and entertaining. The video is good but you need the whole system...if you have the system but not the video, I recommend you get it. You'll be inspired.

Product is excellent - but wouldn't buy from this vendor again (product REEKED of cigarette smoke; had to leave it outside for three days after opening and then spray the wallet with Febreze multiple times before I could use it).

Program works!!
This is the original portion control weight loss system that works!!! It really does. For those of us who do not know what the right portion is, this program will get you on track! This program has stood the test of time.

95 lb mole removal
Got these for my wife. Went downstairs to get something and saw her hoofing down candy bars. I never wanted her to be thin for me. Almost caused something very bad to happen.
