I like it's stability, it will keep cutting without fail. I have cut colored paper and cardstock. It's very versatile to use in different ways. You can cut circles out to use in scrapbooking, journaling, making cards etc. You can also cut out a circle hole if you want to have a card with a circular hole in it. Save the hole that was cut out for something else. You can always count on the Fisker name. They make great products. It does a great performance and I highly recommend this product Review: Best I've found - Although not perfect (and it does take some skill to use) this cuts perfect circles for me. Rather than buy their ridiculously expensive template to determine where it will cut, I've learned this trick. Cut a half inch circle in a piece of cardstock (not with this - it won't cut that small - I used a circle template and Exacto knife). Set this cutter to the size you want to cut. (I wish they highlighted the markings but I find I can get amazingly accurate on size.) Put the hole onto the rubber disk on the bottom of the orange post and cut out a circle. Measure the circle to make sure its the right size. Place the cardstock and the cutter on what you want to cut and you can see EXACTLY where it will cut. Now cut out your circle (no need to remove the card stock before you cut.) They can't.. Just nicks the felt.. **Q: Will this punch a single laminated sheet of copy paper?** A: It isn't a punch. It is a very small blade that you move in a circle around your paper. With one hand you press on the central button to hold it in place, and with the other hand you press down AND turn to cut. Just turning the out side dial doesn't really work.
