the missing hardware and extra unknown hardware was not a big deal - my pet goldfish and I easily fixed that issue. the incorrect major piece of the couch was an issue we could not fix. To fix I would need to return the whole couch...WOW... this is not a broken coffee pot - cant just put all back in the box and return , way way too much hassle. Ill just have a couch with a missing piece.

The directions for assembly were easy to read and easy to understand. This couch has exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a plush, soft feel in a couch, this item may not be a good fit. The pillows are soft but the cushions are firm. I'm sure once our dog destroys this one we'll buy another! Haha.

Poor quality even before putting the sofa together.
The item was assembled incorrectly @ the factory. I couldn't even complete the very first step because the zipper on the bottom of the sofa, which allows the builder to screw the side to the chaise, was installed on the WRONG SIDE of the chaise. So I either have to exchange the item or cut it open to complete the installation. Would not recommend this imported sofa at all.

TERRIBLE
This is the most uncomfortable thing anyone could create! It feels like I'm laying on a pile or rocks and cardboard. It came missing a pice so the sectional doesn't even attach to each other. Don't buy this!!

Missing 2 Screws
Started to assemble the couch and discovered two screws (H5) are missing. My only option is to ship the entire couch back, wait 2 weeks for them to process the return, and repurchase.
