I was out of the country on a cruise and caught a cold...purchased this product while on one of the islands....I used this product for my sore throat and cough...it cleared it up right away; wish I had bought more when I was on the islands however as soon as I got home I ordered the lozenges and the cough syrup, am very well pleased with the products!
