Item arrived 10 days earlier than expected
Being an herb/health care product, it’d be hard to do a full review without taking for a few weeks at least, but I wanted to leave SOMETHING for review which I may update at a later time. My purpose and expectations for taking this product is as a supplement. I received my order today and sampled the product in some warm water (I don’t do fancy smoothies or mixes). The product came as described. I saw one reviewer concerned this wasn’t actually Bhringaraj powder, and I have no idea what I should be expecting as I have never taken this product before. It was in a sealed, labeled package that can’t really be tampered with, so I can only trust that the company sold me the actual product I purchased. The powder is deep green/brown in color and the package instructs the user to mix 1/4- 1/2 tsp of powder into a glass of warm water. It tasted how I expected for the most part (like a dirty tea). The texture seems a bit like silt, but it mixed well into the water and is not gritty nor did it leave any sediment or powder behind in my mug as I took the final sip. I hear this is also good as a scalp/hair treatment when mixed with oils and applied topically to scalp, or also as a face mask. I don’t intend to use it either of those ways, but I can see how the texture would make a more than adequate mask! Aside from my normal vitamins and diet, this is the only variable I have recently added so if I notice and significant findings that I can attribute to the bhringaraj powder, I will update my review. Peace! EDIT: I just want to say that I have been taking for a week, and it most certainly does leave behind sediment when taken orally in water. A lot. Haha. That first mug I used must have been why there was no sediment behind the first day, because it leave quite a lot behind. I had to put a little extra water in to swoosh around and get that last bit. I started calling this my “dirt tea.” It’s beginning to grow on me. It smells herbal but tastes like a henna hair mask (smells). Mmmmmm! (:/)

Not sure how good it is
From the original picture it had when ordered, the product picture looks like it is from leaves when it arrived found out it not leaves, but it is brown in color. it tasted exactly like Bhumyamalaki that I order from Bannyon Botanical. It also has sand in it. I mix half spoon powder in a half glass of water and take it in empty stomach I have the following questions. 1. The arrived product is brown, not green in color but the pictured showed green or dark green, which part of the plant it is? why the product is not matching with the picture shown originally 2.Why it has sand in it. I am afraid I am going to get kidney stone 2. Why it tastes exactly like Bhumyamalaki I have had both plants at home and used fresh herbs before. I know bhumiamalaki is bitter but bhringraj is not
