Game Changer! Yes, hormones are complex and our bodies chemistry is as varied as a Chinese food buffet so take my review as general. 50 year old female, peri-menopausal (periods all over the place)- weight gain, MOOD change- i.e. EvErYoNe was annoying me, HOT flashes... and wait there's more... but I will save you the non- sexy details. Seeking sanity, a mood elevation & to find my waistline. (I assume any male has moved on to the next review at this point). So females- peeps with a V... let me be forthright... This product (10 mg) improved everything excluding the weight gain within a couple of days! I was so depressed with my moods, my bod, my month long periods. I was having such intense hot flashes that I didn’t want to go out- I’d literally just start sweating/dripping facial sweats- then the stress of a sweat-fest brought on even more depression as though 50 years old was ‘the end’- the end of my active, outgoing blessed life. It’s been 120 days on 10 mg - life is good... not as it once was but very improved. I would love to find something to get me back to my PPM., (pre-peri-menapause) weight but that is a present & future work in progress. Periods regulated significantly, (not perfect)- let’s just say they stopped being continuous. Hot flashes at night- GONE! Can I get an Amen!!?! Irritability; ‘subdued’- not sure with the current world event’s that they will ever get better, but that’s another rant, ha!!! I take my pill 1st thing in the morning- no problems with sleep- I would say sleep has improved with the lack of ‘flashes’. I also take Melatonin, magnesium & valerian at night- for my sleep deprived bod- this evening cocktail seems to have improved my sleep but again-NOT perfected it. I will conclude this review with a suggestion- if you have lost hope- it can’t hurt to try this product... I mean I hope not! I hope it will work for others & will give you a remembrance of your yesteryears when you didn’t have to think about hormones or their effects on your mind, organs or body, ‘like’ when your girls fit nicely into your outfits without an argument that you can’t win. This product is slowly increasing my memory functions, I am losing weight also. It has slowed down my appetite so I don't feel the need to overeat. My hair is not breaking as often due to thinness. I also fall asleep immediately but am able to wake up feeling alert. This is exactly what I was looking for. I take the 10 mg and do not plan on increasing the amount.

I have been using this once a day for approximately three weeks now. I cannot speak to its efficacy long-term however I can say I am sleeping through the night after four years of insomnia. I have less joint pain. I have lost 8 pounds in three weeks. I feel like my old self again. I am concerned about the potential for hair loss, but I am thrilled with the results so far. I hope it’s not too good to be true.

I'm giving four stars because I've been on it couple weeks so I can't say too much yet. However, I do feel better! I was suffering every menopause symptom under the sun and couldn't get a single thing done. I'm feeling a bit more energized now. Right now I'm on two pills once a day and might increase in another week or so. No side effects whatsoever but I'm actually in menopause so my hormones are out of whack which is to be expected at my age(50). Haven't noticed any changes in memory, eyesight or weight loss as of yet but again, it's only been two weeks and my hormones were in pretty bad shape. I'll come back after couple more weeks

This was recommended to me by my doctor, I didn't have any side effects. I have PCOS, so this is supposed to help with all that. I don't know if you're supposed to have any kind of amazing reaction to it but nothing changed for me.
