can you remove the ID pocket or is it sewn in?

The ID pocket is Sewn in.....although I have Not had a wallet that is as organised as this one is.

This wallet has 12 credit card slots plus one ID window. It also has two "hidden" pockets behind the credit card slots.

Will my entry card scan through this wallet for work?

My husband’s workplace access card works without removing it from this wallet. Definitely makes us question the stealth/RFID blocking claims of this product.

will this hold a 3 3/4 inch by 2 1/2 inch laminated card?

You could put it in the cash compartment but it would stick out of the wallet by a 1/4" since the wallet is 3.5" tall. The dimensions when closed are 3.5"x4.5".
