I bought these to replace the wheels on the moveable kitchen island and they were easy to install and work well. The lock is easy to flip with my foot and stays tight until released.

I bought these for my welding table as it came with solid feet. The wheels are large which allows them to roll over many things on my shop floor. The locks are nice and allows my work area to be mobile or to stay in place.
