Review: Works well - I love the color of these lights. So many light bulbs are the bright white and I don’t care for that. These are a softer white but are nice and bright. I use these in my landscape lights and they light up the yard. I will say these don’t have a very long life. I have to replace these quite frequently, at least 2 times a year, and they are only on a few hours each night.

**Q: What is led bulb replacement for 20-watt mr 16 halogen bulb**
A: I did use 20 watt halogens for all my exterior uplights.  I now use these LED bulbs and am really satisfied.  They actually put out more light than the halogens for 25% the power consumption.  And the LED's generally last at least 3 years, while I seemed to be replacing the halogens about ever 6 months

**Q: what is the overall hight from the base ( not including the pins ) to the top**
A: It's 1.575 inch,  hope this helps.

**Q: Can these be used in a pool light housing?**
A: Our MR16 LED bulbs are NOT waterproof, please make sure the bulbs won't touch the water, or it may cause serious damage to your light even FIRE. Bulb specification: Standard MR16 shape (Dia1.97*1.85 inch) with GU5.3 bulb base.

**Q: Can these be used inside a projector and or DJ lighting to replace halogens?**
A: I placed mine inside lamps on track lighting and replaced halogens that used to create tremendous heat. With the leds there is nearly no heat. 
So, I'm sure you could put them inside a projector and DJ lights. In the absence of heat, they'll probably last 10xs longer.

I love the color of these lights. So many light bulbs are the bright white and I don’t care for that. These are a softer white but are nice and bright. I use these in my landscape lights and they light up the yard. I will say these don’t have a very long life. I have to replace these quite frequently, at least 2 times a year, and they are only on a few hours each night.
