The LifeProWaver Vibration Plate is a device that allows you to use for overall fitness and health improvements. The first time using it improved my balance stability and strength. As I progressed through the programmed levels, I have lost 4 pounds and able to strengthen my core. For a 75yo, it has worked wonders for me, has helped stabilize my blood sugar. It is great quality and easy to move around and great quality and value. My wife is using for her lymphatic drainage with good results. We highly recommend!

I have been doing many activities to increase my metabolism and help my muscles. I'm 57 and thought I would give the vibration plate a try. I decided on the Lifepro due to good reviews as well as my own research. I am very happy with this machine! It's a good size, has lots of speeds (vibration levels) and I like that I can attach ropes to it for different exercises. I've used it many times and I am very happy. I really feel like it makes me sleep better and I actually think it's helping my circulation and lymphatic drainage. I've literally used it in so many ways, lol. I stand on it, sit on it, lay on it, etc. It's so cool to have in my own home!

Great workout machine! Just started using it and I can feel how it helps strengthen my legs and core. I like how it shakes up the body to help circulate lymph cells and blood which makes me feel better since I sit a lot for work. I do 10 min in the morning and another 10 in the early evening. The unit is a bit heavy but is sturdy and well built with easy buttons to program and shuts down when done. I didn’t realize it goes as high as 99. I’m still in the 20s until I get used to it. So far happy with my purchase!!

I have no idea how I lived before I got this vibration plate. I was introduced to the product by my daughter-in-law and immediately ordered it for myself! The vibration plate is the perfect way for me to recover after my CrossFit workouts; I've not had the kind of lingering soreness that I used to have. I also find it amazingly soothing and use it as a stress reliever during the day. There is a lovely variety of pre-programmed options - so you can get a more vigorous 'shake' or something more comfortable. It's very quiet - you don't really hear it running so it doesn't bother anyone else in the room. It's a very sturdy product as well - so you don't feel like it's going to shake apart at any time. one of the best things I’ve added to my house. I was skeptical about the whole "vibration" thing, but it actually feels like a deep massage that wakes up your whole body. The build quality is solid it doesn't feel like a cheap plastic toy. It has a lot of speed settings so you can start slow if you're not used to it, and the remote is a lifesaver so you aren't constantly bending over to change the pace. I usually jump on it for 15 minutes. A few things to know: * It's surprisingly quiet, so you can definitely use it while watching TV without annoying anyone. * It comes with resistance bands if you want to actually "work out" on it. * If you have hard floors, put a little mat under it so it doesn't walk across the room on the higher settings. Overall, if you deal with sore muscles or just want a way to move more without a ton of effort this thing is legit. It’s simple, it works, and it doesn't take up a ton of space.

Just received this a week ago and due to a family member’s medical issue haven’t been able to use it as religiously as I’d like. However, with that being said, I’m a 65-year-old, 119lb female and have noticed balance issues creeping up. I’ve also suffered from decades of extreme lower back pain. This is actually very nice and enjoyable to use. I will admit the first day took some getting used to, but within less than half an hour, I was pretty comfortable with using it. Instructions are great they rather general. I will be going online to search for specific videos for older adult usage. But this is a solid piece of equipment. I placed mine on a rug pad that I had left over as I have tiled floor floors. This cut down on noise and also makes it easier to move around.. I placed mine in front of the television and set an automatic timer with Alexa for doing basic simple stances. I’m able to do these all the way up to the highest speed level. But generally, I’m taking it easy until I determine how this affects my lower back. I will say after use I actually noticed the difference, though it is subtle. I’m sure with time I’ll see more positive results with my balance and possibly other aspects. For the price I think this was very well worth it.

I ordered this full size vibration plate after reading several reviews of similar products. The LifePro Waver fitness plate came up in several reviews as a good quality product. Pros: The vibration plate is heavy. It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The vibration plate includes several nice accessories including a remote, four mini exercise bands and two large resistance bands. The Waver vibration plate works as expected and is very quiet in operation. The operating manual is well done - it’s clear and easy to understand. Cons: Two AAA batteries are required for the remote and were not included. Overall: This is a well made product and I would recommend it

I used waver vibration it’s good and my all body moved but the machine turn off because the wire was unstable I like it , I will use it every day

J'ai reçu mon produit hier et surprise au déballage...prise anglaise donc inutilisable dans l'immédiat...obligation de commander un adaptateur....rien n'est précis dans la description produit....passablement énervé...et je constate qu'il n'existe que des avis anglo-saxons....fait du hasard je suis le seul Français à avoir acheté un produit fabriqué en Angleterre....étonnant !!!!

É 110/120 V, portanto não pude utilizar de imediato, pois aqui é 220V e essa informação não consta no site.. Tive que adquirir transformador 220x110V - R$ 130,00

Excelente producto! Lo compré para mis papás que ya son de edad avanzada pero toda la familia lo usamos y se siente súper rico. Apenas llevamos una semana de uso así que aún no vemos efectos a largo plazo
