We were taking too many supplements so switched to this multi after reading good things.
I have never had a lot of faith in supplements but can’t help but get caught up in the hype and promises, especially as we have serious health issues and dont want to miss out on an opportunity to improve where we can. I read good things about this one. We have been taking it for weeks now and I have to admit it has been really nice no longer taking a handful of supplements. This one has almost everything in it that we had been taking separately, plus more. I have to say, I really do believe my husband and I have more energy now than we did before we started. I feel uplifted, and we are smiling and laughing and joking, and even getting out more.

I wish every vitamin & mineral was 100% of daily requirement.
Product is worth taking for good health and nutrition. The pill doesn't leave an unpleasant taste in your mouth and is easy to swallow. My husband and I both have not gotten sick since we started taking a pill once a day.

This brand does not cause reflux or aftertaste like other brands I have tried but I have to chew it with applesauce since it is too big to swallow.
