Works great, not greasy and easy to apply. However do not breathe the propellant, it can be irritating.

this actually saved my life fr. i wore heels to a concert and my feet would’ve been DONE without this. the pain relief is so good, it really makes a difference. it’s super easy to use, you literally just spray it and you’re good. no mess, no stickiness, it dries quick which i love. also it’s small enough to throw in your purse so i was able to take it with me and reapply when i needed to and to share with my girls. this is so worth it especially if you wear heels or are gonna be on your feet for a long time.

If you wear a lot of heels and you like to dance, it's the best advice to hold them all night. Give a few sprays before using them. It also smells good and your foot doesn't sweat, the best for any footwear and moment, only that I use it more with heels

Can't go without this spray. I use it every morning when I get out of the shower. It sprays on dry so you don't have to worry about your clothes sticking to it. It soothes the pain in my joints throughout the day. It also has no smell to it.

Bought this to use on my wedding day as I saw really great reviews on it to help with foot pain from walking in heels for hours. It worked for a short period of time by numbing the pain for a little while but it definitely didn't last as long as I expected it to. It releived te pain for maybe 30 minutes or so and after that it did nothing for the pain. The smell is okay as it doesn't linger for long so the smell goes away quickly. I can't say if it was worth the price as I've only used it once and I was disappointed. Will try it again sometime soon and hopefully have a better experience so that I can update my review.

Now I purchased this to try the numbing hack when wearing heels. I had to wear them for 5 days straight 9+ hours each day….. when I say I am absolutely amazed with the results. I will be using this every time I wear heels from now on.
