The quality is better than expected. But the shipment is underweight; 4 oz should be 113.4 grams, but the actual weight is only 110 grams.

Ginseng slices were very fresh
After hearing from a friend how amazing these ginseng slices were, I decided to give them a try as I love traditional Chinese soups. The ginseng slices came very quickly. I got 4 boxes and the quality was extremely fresh and flavorful. I was surprised by the amount and good quality. It's enough for several soups and the flavor and density of the soups were amazing, as well as the health benefits of immunity, energy, and youth. Will definitely order from them again!

I ordered 4 boxes but only received one. When I try to return, it says item is not eligible for refund. THIS IS A SCAM!!

Very diluted and flavorless
I grew up drinking american ginseng tea. I have also tried other brands. This brand of ginseng does not have much flavor, and when boiled, the color of the tea is very light. It makes me wonder if this is a "re-purposed" product, in that the ginseng pieces were already pre-used and the goodness extracted, and then the pieces are dried and re-sold. It's just a guess, not saying that it is pre-used, because american ginseng tea should not be as flavorless and lacking in color when cooked the way my family has been cooking american ginseng. I don't know, but I think I probbaly won't be buying this brand again.
