I ordered though Brainydeal and I have to say their customer support is very good. I got the product within a week and put it in my ps3.It worked for about an hour and my problems started all over again. I contacted Brainydeal and they sent me a new one right away.I have now installed my new laser and it seems to be working so far. Don't take the markdown to heart if you have successfully installed one of these, I know at least the motor works right.
