Premium Black Tea, Pyramid Bags, 80 ct

Us brits like a cuppa , work doesn’t start without a couple of brews .

I bought this item as the listing stated it was PYRAMID BAGS. I was trying to get them before only thing available is regular bags with tags (PG Tips dropping pyramid bags because of a minute amount of plastic). On opening found these ARE NOT pyramid bags as stated. Very unhappy with listing (and with a vocal minority who hate plastic can make a manufacturer abandon its loyal customers)!!

The tea bags aren't pyramid-style.

I ordered this item for my mum because it said "Pyramid tea bags", but they're not, they are very square. It very misleading, now she has another 80 square teabags to use up

These are the square bags and not the pyramid ones. I was looking specifically for the pyramid bags. Please update you listing

This is the PG Tips store - there's no way they are accidently shipping the new blend tea (the flat bags). I've reported several of the listings and yet they remain up. Really disappointing behavior
