It comes with a hex key.Pros: it is a sturdy well made case. It is heavy and looks amazing.Cons: the same as I’ve discovered with all waterproof cases - sound not as clear, signal is not as strong. So certain places it won’t pick up where before it would. The side of the screen you have to push harder when texting.Strange cons: the camera has a yellow cast at the bottom - I bought the yellow case.Possible or future cons - the cover for the plug dangles when the phone is plugged in. It may get worn down.The case does allow for wireless charging. I tested the waterproofing, with out the phone in, and it works.I loved it so much I bought one for my Mom. Folks at work loved it so much a couple of them bought it too. First, there is a baffle over the speakers that destroys the sous quality of anything you play through it. I had to poke a paper clip through it to fix that. The screen protector makes it almost impossible to to use the phone without pressing hard on the screen. The switch for the silent mode is way too easy to flip by accident and shifts with a light brush. Finally, charging cords do not fit into the charging port. I’ve tried 4 different cords from different brands. Side note, the camo pattern has started pealing off on the back of the phone. This case was not a good choice and I wouldn’t buy it again. It’s only been a few weeks and im fed up with it.
