Turning 50 and getting into scuba diving was hard on my eyes till I found this computer. Happy to say my end of dive stop is so much better.

The front panel of computer fell off on first use and now resides at a depth of 30m somewhere in Loch Fyne, Scotland, so, obviously faulty. Possibly this doesn't affect the functionality, but as a device designed to ensure safety when diving I'm not prepared to take that gamble. Amazon Customer care has been worse than useless. An intransigent uncaring 'screw you' attitude is all I've had when insisting that Amazon honour their legal requirements regarding Warranty replacement. If treating customers with contempt was an Olympic event Amazon would win Gold in world record time. Shockingly, stunningly bad service and ignorance of consumer rights. One star rating but only because I couldn't chose none, and that poor rating is for Amazon Customer service, not Mares who amazon can't be bothered contacting to seek a replacement/repair. Postscript to this. MAARES and a small local business have done what Amazon failed to do, with no fuss whatsoever. Obviously they value good customer relations unlike Amazon.

PRO: Buon computer semplice intuitivo e pratico..ho fatto un tuffo sui 45m con ean28 e cambio gas con una decompressiva di ean50..abituato a shearwater non ha nulla da invidiare, ottimo compromesso tra prezzo, qualità, materiali, semplicità d’uso anche in immersione, ecc.. CONTRO: Non sono proprio dei contro in realtà, ma sei suggerimenti per mamma Mares: - possibilità di togliere il cinturino e utilizzare i bungee - algoritmo: con bühlmann no? Solo la versione trimix? Per il resto è un computer valido, consigliato per chi si sta affacciando a immersioni avanzate con deco e cambi gas

Very good value for the $. It is a bit conservative regarding nitrogen exposure bar and flight wait time. However the deco number display seems accurate. The large number display is the reason for my purchase.

Ease of use, large, clear numbers, uncluttered screen make this an ideal tool for the diver. Hard to beat!

Wie immer ein gutes Mares-Produkt. Sehr gut ablesbar. Die akustischen Signale empfinde ich als zu leise. Hintergrundbeleuchtung ist ok, könnte aber etwas heller sein.
