Does this compass stay true when you set the radius ? I am so tired of circles changing size and shape as I’m drawing them!

Absolutely!!!! That is the whole point with this compass. I got so sick and tired of those cheap plastic compasses that can't complete half a circle before it loses the radius. This compass can and does hold the radius.

Will this compass hold/work with Radiograph tech pens?

The pen/pencil holder can hold a pen or pencil with a diameter up to half an inch (or 12 mm). A good rule of thumb is that it will hold a Sharpie Fine Point or Ultra Fine Point but not anything bigger. So it depends on the exact dimensions of the Technical pen you have.

Is there an ink attachment that fits both compass sizes?

The compass comes with an pen/pencil holder that can replace one leg of a compass. It fits on both compasses. This is used for when you prefer to draw your circles with a pencil or a colored marker. For example the Sharpie Fine point fits nicely in this attachment. (Regular Sharpie markers are too fat). The pen/pencil holder is the item in the lower rights corner of the main picture.
