No hair dye will cover my gray!!!! ADD THIS MAGIC PRODUCT, ABRA CADABRA, now it covers!!!!!!!

My grays are seriously difficult to cover. I'm a natural medium brown and end up with light roots and dark everywhere else. Doesn't matter if I do it at home or the salon within days I can see the gray popping back in even if I don't wash my hair. I decided to try this product and used a root touch up kit with 10 drops of Gray Magic. I was a little scared to use the mixture because it turned an orangish color but proceeded anyway. Left the color on the recommended time and then rinsed (no shampoo) and conditioned. I have to say I'm pleased so far that it has made the color take evenly. Instead of having the light roots and then darker it seems to have evened it out a bit probably because it helped the roots to take in some of the color. I just colored my hair but was impressed so far so wanted to leave this review. I'll update in a week or so after I see how long it lasts. So far an improvement though.

Really works for dark hair

This darkened the color of my regular choice of hair color and did not coverANY of the gray. I only took photos of the front so this doesn’t even include underneath. I am highly disappointed in this product

This product came highly recommended, so I tried it. My hair is naturally white and the shampoo in color that i have used for years will leave my roots faintly colored while the rest of my hair comes out too dark. After a couple shampoos the ends lighten up to a good color but the roots are just pale. I tried this product and my roots did take more color but still not close to the rest of my hair. I will keep trying it and maybe use a few more drops. The only time my hair taks color better is just after a perm.

I have purchased Ardell Gray Magic for years but usually at a physical store. But ordering from this retailer is much more convenient and also the price lines up with what I've been paying. I color my hair once per month (DIY) and always add this product. Since I'm at an age when I have more gray than my original color, Gray Magic has become an integral part of my hair color routine. It truly does as describe and the small bottle lasts me an entire year (or a bit more). I am well pleased with this product and will buy it again.

This is only good if you have darker hair. Do not Touch this if you have light hair or tend to pull reds. There should be a massive disclaimer about this on the box. This could literally ruin ash and neutral shades. Look at the photo at what it did to my expensive salon quality 8 silver blonde color.

This product is a very good one but unfortunately this particular order came dry and I couldn’t use it. I tried putting water in it to dilute it but ended up with too much of it in my dye. It was too late to return because I only used it a few weeks after receiving.
