This has been amazing for my 5th grader. He is great at math and is doing some complex problems but was struggling to keep it lined up. Neat handwriting has always been a struggle. This grid paper is larger than standard, so he easily fits his numbers in each box. He has one for school and asked to use a second one at home because he likes it so much!

These graph paper notebooks are great for math problems and keeping information organized especially moving into higher grades when equations get longer and more confusing. The 1/2 inch squares are perfect size to fit a digit in each square to keep work neat and legible. Children with OT issues or messy handwriting benefit greatly from keeping their work organized and forces them to space out numbers and letters to keep their work legible. Also, I tried ordering similar books from Walmart but when received the squares were not 1/2 inch as advertised and were tiny and unusable. Amazon has the best in quality and price.

It's a good quality book with clear print and a decent number of pages. Remember 1/2 inch squares. I forgot and got it instead of 1\4 inch small squares.
