Is there a recommended maximum load? planning on using to fill oversized holes for bike hanging bracket. i notice polyfilla states max. 20kg. thanks.

I'm not sure , I used to fill holes from a curtain pole that was hanging off, worked great. Not sure about the weight of a bike though , sorry.

What sort of smell does it have?

I'm not sure that is really has a smell, it reminds me of plaster of paris, the same sort of material and plaster they would use to put your leg etc in a plaster cast

My wall mounted 42 inches lcd tv fell off. is this fit for the job to put back?

if your drilled holes have become enlarged in your solid wall- yes these are the answer. they will fill the hole together with your wallplug. and in 3 minutes hey presto you will have a solid fixing. do not fit your tv or these wetfix pads to a hollow wall ie plasterboard/cavity. use plasterboard heavy duty fixings for this.

can these be used to fix a loose electrical wall socket?

A no no your loose electrical socket should have it's own fixing, this will be either metal or plastic.simply tighten the 2 screws. If it the back box that's is loose,turn off the power, insert 2 wall plugs wrapped around these wet n fix, give it 10 minutes to really set,then tighten the screws, then the faceplate. I stress again TURN OFF POWER. Hope this helps
