I almost didn't buy this because of the negative reviews, but those must be written by their competitors, because there is nothing wrong with this box at all! The construction is very, very good and it is sturdy and nice-looking. (You can face the "Alpine" logo any direction you want, there is no "front" to the box, silly reviewer!)I was afraid the box was to big based on dimensions, but a cube-sized tissue box fits perfectly inside, and there's a slide-tray bottom that encloses the tissue box so it doesn't fall out if it accidentally gets knocked off your table top. :)I've wanted a cube-sized tissue box for a while, but so many others are too large and too expensive! When I saw this on sale @ $10.39 for Black Friday, I decided to take my chances and see if the quality was there or not. (Thanks to Amazon returns, we really don't risk much anymore.)I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived nicely packaged & sealed in its own box for protection, then inside the Amazon box with air cushions. Nice job!I don't think any tissue box this size should be priced much more than $10, but everything is getting so expensive these days. Going forward, I will make it a point to shop on Amazon Days and Black Friday week and save my hard-earned $$$.Try it, you'll like it!

Well made and looks nice in the bathroom. Easy to replace the next tissue box as a piece slides out from the bottom.

Attractive- could be sturdier but for the price it works -- you have to be careful when you pick it up because the bottom falls off- I may tape it ( the bottom slides off to insert the tissue box) not the best design but I will be keeping it and deal with the slide off bottom maybe with some clear tape

I bought this to match the natural color wood furniture I have in our Condo! It just adds a little more elegance or richness I think! Made well and east to use. I have it on my breakfast bar counter

I love this tissue box cover! Fits all square box tissue brands perfectly. It is a little large (measurements are listed, I just wasn’t paying attention) but it looks very nice and sleek.Most reviews weren’t that helpful, though. I purchased this with my fingers crossed because most of the reviews were from people buying them to make a toy for their baby? I gotta know if this works for tissues, not little Madison’s Montessori assignments :)

This is our 3rd one. Bought the rectangular box for the truck as I was tired of tissue boxes being destroyed. Works really well sitting on floor hump behind seat. Having the enclosed bottom is perfect. Bought the same for wife's car but it was a little to big and awkward. I bought this cube for her car and it fits better. No more crushed boxes and always where I can find it. Very sturdy.

I was looking for a square tissue box cover and this one is incredible for any price. It does not move when removing a tissue. Perfect.

After a couple weeks with this box, I can say I like it.It's well made, fits a tissue box, has an oval opening the right size, looks good and I can pick it up and move it without the tissues falling out.I could nitpick the construction with exposed endgrain, obvious pin nail holes and sanding tracks but it's a tissue box and I don't spend any time looking at the details of it.
