Happy with the reels. Had two for a few years and have been great.

Bought 3 so far so good. Heavy duty and work well. Should last a long time.

Bought 2 of these reels & hoses. Within 5 months both hoses started seeping oil through the sides, both ends of one hose and 1 end of the other hose blew off creating a huge mess and loss of oil. Max pressure that was ever applied was 60 psi. Spent over $2,000 in parts, oil, and labor costs to recover.

Buy with the hose already installed, save yourself the hassle.

Used in a full service truck stop. It is holding up nicely.

The reel showed up in a box that was basically destroyed, and left in my driveway while it was raining. It basically fell apart when trying to open it. Then I noticed that the reel itself was bent, like it had been damaged in transit. I went ahead and attempted to hook up my air hose to it to see if the dent would hinder it's performance. While loading up the spring in the reel to hook it up, it sounds like something in the spring compartment has been broken off as well. It sounds like something is tumbling around in the hub. It appears that it retracts properly, but I'm concerned that something internally is damaged or broken off, and will effect the longevity of the reel. For the money spent, I'm very disappointed with how it has arrived.

It is heavy duty but very disappointed that the hose won’t retract all of the hose (last 3 feet). I can’t seem to find seller information so I can contact them.
