I absolutely love this T-Fall fry pan. This pan is 12 inches wide, 2 inches deep. Comes with a tight fitting glass lid. I also like the long handle with good grip rubber coating. I purchased this in July to give as a gift, but ended ip getting that person something more urgent needed. I left it in the “gift” closet til a couple weeks ago. I was sorting through the closet and thought what a great gift for ME. I love it. I have been using the smaller 10 inch size for a couple years. It still works as good today as when new. Excellent no stick. This pan was very reasonably priced, and speedy delivery with prime. The non stick capability is amazing. Eggs slide out. Easy to wash. I do not put in dishwasher. I like my pans to stay black and look nice hanging on my pot rack. This handle , and the smaller one I have, both have large holes on handle for hanging. I highly recommend this line of pans. It will quickly become your new favorite pan.

T-fal pulled off some magic voodoo alchemy when they designed this incredible pan. Ive had it for a few months now and it's absolutely the go to pan for everything that i can think of cooking in it. For starters, it has a clever function that lets you know when it's sufficiently hot. The outer red ring in the center of the pan has off color squares that turn the same color as the ring when the pan has properly preheated. That's a great feature on its own, but where the pan truly shines is the hard anodized non stick surface. The pan actually delivers on the non stick promise, to the point of perfection. For instance, i can crack two eggs into the pan without oil, and as soon as they set, they can slide around freely when the pan is tilted. I had cheese from cheeseburgers drip off the side of the patties on to the pan surface, and it lifted up along with the patties when i used a spatula to pull them off. This pan also sears incredibly well. I did two ribeye steaks with butter, rosemary, and garlic (pictured) searing them and basting as i cooked them. The sear came out better than any other non stick pan I've ever tried. The pan came with a nice heavy duty lid, the lid handle is wrapped so doesn't slip or get excessively hot. Cleaning the pan is as simple as wiping it out with a paper or dish towel. I've used wooden and metal utensils while cooking and so far don't see any scratches. Buy this awesome pan. It is very substantial and I love that there isn’t a coating that can flake or chip off. It heats evenly too.

I bought that heavy stainless steel thing you put on a big steak, but it didn't fit in a normal frying pan, so I bought this big one. It is a wonderful pan and the steak was yummy. A perfect medium rare.

I waited for a few months to write this review as I wanted to see how the pan held up after regular use. I use this pan nearly daily. Months later, the nonstick surface is fantastic and has held up perfectly. I have zero complaints to date. I’m very careful with my pots and pans, particularly anything nonstick. I always wash and dry my pans by hand with warm soapy water and NEVER put them in the automatic dishwasher, and my husband also knows not to do so. I’ve had no warpage whatsoever, and no damage at all to the nonstick surface. These two things are key to a good review on any pan. If I had any complaint at all, it’s that the lid doesn’t fit exactly, which is the reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5. It looks great and cooks quite evenly. I’ll definitely purchase more from this particular brand as the pricing is better than other such brands I’ve either purchased in the past or looked at on Amazon.

T-Fal Ultimate Hard Anodized Nonstick Fry Pan came well packaged in large box. The pan is beautiful! It's solid and substantial but not too heavy. The coated surface is typical of a Teflon pan but it has ridges on the bottom for more even heating. I tried it and fried some meatballs and onions. The pan takes a few minutes to warm up but then it does an excellent job cooking everything evenly. Nothing sticks to the surface (yet). The handle is a comfortable rubber like grip that stays cool while the pan is in use. It's also easy to clean. You do have to cure the pan before use by heating the pan up on low and wiping it with vegetable oil. Repeat after 10 cycles in the dishwasher. I'm not going to be putting mine in the dishwasher. It's easy enough to clean with a sponge and detergent in the sink. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. ~ Kort

This is an amazing product and I would recommend it.

I bought this fry pan two weeks ago and it is one of the best items in my kitchen. The pan is well built and very sturdy. The glass top is great to see the food as it is cooking, and it also fits my other stainless 12" pan. Cleaning up is a snap. After using the pan all I need to do is wipe the inside of the pan with a damp sponge towel and it is ready for the next use. Food doesn't stick at all. Clean up works best if the pan is slightly warm. I read some of the other reviews that were not satisfactory in the buyers opinion and the only thing I can see is that they didn't follow the manufacturers recommendations to "season" the pan before first use and to keep the heat lower when cooking. How can you expect a pan to work properly when you don't follow the recommendations ? I would recommend this pan to anyone who loves to cook with a non-stick pan.

Unfortunately way larger (diameter) and shallower than I anticipated, the heating part of my hob does not cover the full diameter of the pan base, probably only about 2\3. Said that, once the pan is hot all round it cook's great and cleans easily, I don't use soap or and scourers, generally only use paper towels to wipe down. If loads of food leftover on pan I rinse off with just hot water.

Heavy duty, good quality pan. Easy to clean surfaces and a lid that cuts down on fat splatters when cooking the bacon! By using metal spatulas you also cut down on the microplastics in the food or enviroment. Beware imposters that claim titanium when actually using stainless steel.
