If you use coconut milk unsweetened I swear this tastes like a liquid almond Joy. Which I love almond joys...that was exciting. Soy milk might not merge a different flavor. It suggests water which I havent tried. May be just fine but I felt some sort of "milk" might be tastier. There wasn't any funny after taste. Its very rich. For sure hit the spot. I felt one scopp didn't make much but I couldn't drink half of it at once. I ended up sharing. Worth the money.

I’ve bought this about five times now!! Great flavor, not chalky I use it as is for a shake and it is great to add to foods. I use it in yogurts, sugar free puddings, pancakes and waffle mixes!

I'm always skeptical with most protein powders....everything always has a "amazing taste" until the truth hits the mouth. My skepticism was a bit increased on this but thankfully was quickly demolished by a smooth delicious protein shake. It got to the point where I was trying to figure how to infuse strawberry and/or graham crackers in to finish an entire prepare cheesecake type smoothie protein shake. This is good stuff and it is indeed true to the keto type diet. I myself am not doing keto and actually need to lay off fats a bit, but I will continue to use it because it's insanely good and moderately using it won't hurt. The consistency of the mix via a shaker bottle can be merely okay. I recommend adding your milk or water first (I used skim and then soy milk....both blended well and were equally delicious) as having the powder on bottle will leave some areas needed to be scraped even after blending. And even with shaking....there are some solidified tiny chunks....but rarely is something that perfect. Wasn't a huge deal for me. And this was made better when putting liquid before the powder. If you use around 8-10 ounces per scoop, it should make for a decent thickness that isn't too smooth and not too runny. The fact that you can use this to bake some recipes is even better. Absolutely recommend it purely for the fact that it's good enough for me to filled both fulfilled as well as I had a dessert. Edit: I finally noticed, and this my fault more than the company's as keto is keto....but it is mainly FAT. There is not a lot of protein offered here, so it's delicious, but the calories are primarily from fats and less from protein. I docked this one star for that as I'd prefer low carbs, low fat, and high protein....I had a feeling the taste was too good to be true! This might work wonders for some and not so much for others!

This is the best tasting shake mix I’ve ever tried. I do keto, and this shake mix is wonderful to have as a sweet treat or a quick breakfast when I don’t have time to cook. Keep in mind this is not high in protein, so it’s probably not going to keep you full for long; however, if you just need something in your belly or something sweet that isn’t going to wreck your ketogenic eating habits, this is the product for you. I can’t really say I taste cheesecake; in fact, I’m really not sure what the taste reminds me of but I think it’s a very pleasant sort of vanilla flavor. I use my shaker bottle and it blends very smooth for me and doesn’t have that yucky protein aftertaste. I will for sure be purchasing this again!

I was so excited to order this when I found it on Amazon. It arrived yesterday and this is the first chance I've had to try it. I opened up the container and it smelled good - somewhat like a vanilla cake mix. I had to dig in the powder to find the scoop. Then, I re-washed and found that it was really hard to remove the powder residue from my fingers. I have noticed this reaction with artificial sweeteners before. This should've been my first sign. Then, I used 8 oz of water and 1 rounded scoop, as it suggested, and mixed it in a shaker bottle with a metal mixer. I shook it for about a minute. The powder was very fine and it appeared to mix very well. Now, I've just finished the shake about 10 minutes ago. It tasted ok but, almost immediately after finishing it, I noticed a HUGE headache come on quickly. It came on abnormally quick. This could be a coincidence so I will give it one more try. One good thing is that I am noticing that I am not craving sweets any longer - but, my nose and throat are burning. I'm not sure why so I've been trying to drink other liquids to help alleviate it. As I said, I am willing to try it one more time, because it tasted ok and seems to stop my sweets-craving, so I will update this review if I find that this was a rare coincidence. However, after reading the reviews closer (now), I am really hoping this does not kick me out of ketosis (as other reviewers have stated) because that was my whole point of ordering it - to help me stay in keto.

I'm a cheesecake lover so when I saw this I was interested as I've been on a health journey. Made a shake with some frozen strawberries, milk, ice and a scoop of this stuff and omg it's like a piece of strawberry cheesecake. Amazing and will buy again. 🙌

El sabor está delicioso, lo utilizaré para helado en la ninja creami, con los gramos que indican para una porción se puede hacer medio litro, igual en la página salen varias recetas para utilizarlo, solo cuidar que es alto en calorías pero si estás cuidando la alimentación es una opción más saludable para cualquier postre.

Da ese sabor cremoso que no pude conseguir con el queso crema y crema lyncott juntas. Es lo que buscaba para que mis malteadas keto quedaran perfectas. Yo usé 12 gramos en 250 ml de leche y quedó ligero de azucar como me gusta.

Vi las indicaciones del producto, un scoop por 8oz/250ml, NOOOO!!!!! Queda exageradamente dulce, sabor extremadamente artificial y ahoga cualquier otro sabor. Le puse yogurt, frambuesas, cocoa, más yogurt y me di por vencido cuando me acabé un litro de yogurt. Está ridículo lo concentrado del sabor. Nunca pude hacer que se equilibrara el sabor. En el segundo intento, para 250ml, literal use media cuchara sopera y aun así siento que pude usar menos, el sabor está bien una vez que lo ajustas, ya no te sabe a super artificial cuando no está tan concentrado, el problema es que la consistencia queda súper "floja", necesitas ponerle algo más si quieres más textura o aunque sea un poquito de espesor para que agarre consistencia. Sé que es producto de USA y esperaba que fuera muy dulce, pero es demasiado. Hagan pruebas primero, porque es absurdo.
