Refurbished, DOA, a complete BRICK!
I was so excited to get this laptop. Not only did it (and I timed it) take over 2 1/2 minutes to even show any kind of screen, and it showed there was a system error, and that it had to restart. I hit "okay" and it booted up again (taking the same amount of time) to the same error. I did this 3 times before wanting to chuck it out of the window. Amazon claimed this was tested and verified. Not even remotely close!
