These are exactly as pictured and very sturdy. They are simple and classy and have stayed looking brand new for as many times as I have used them. And the circle stays tight for keeping any kind of place card. I only wish that I had kept all 12 of mine after my daughter's wedding, but I only kept a few. They make great stands for food-identifiers at parties. I may order another set!

I have had these for five years. They are very sturdy and show no signs of wear after all of this time.

Love these place card holders! They are sturdy, size was appropriate, and they were better quality than I expected. Used them for Thanksgiving meal and they worked great. We did not have a problem putting card stock place cards in the holder. Would definitely recommend to a friend for entertaining purposes.

Very sturdy!! Some of them were actually hard to get the photos in! In fact, be careful with the photos when you put them in (or take them out) because it could scratch your photo. I was having a hard time deciding on take number holders for my wedding and it seems like all the decorative ones were either cheap quality, faulty in some way, too small/lightweight, etc... so i opted for these because they can go with anything, and they certainly did!! Definitely recommend these. Luckily I can use them for any event and even my photos at home!

Used these to hold 10 oversized playing cards, and they were fantastic. Common sense, if you put large cards in them outside, wind will blow it over... that is common physics. However I put them to the test with bulky oversized items indoors and they are great.

I bought the ring clip for my upcoming wedding in August, I am using as my table numbers holder. It is perfect for what I need, it is simple and it functions for what I need. For the price , I cannot complain.

Unfortunately, these didn't arrive in time for my party, however...these place card holders are FABULOUS!!! After they arrived, I put my 6 inch tall menus in them to check them out and the menus held up beautifully! They are simple and sturdy. I also love that they are low so menus and place cards won't get in the way. I loved the holders so much, I decided to keep them and am going to have another fancy dinner party just so I can use them.

I purchased these to use in my salon to hold price and product info for our retail area. They have a great transitional design that isn't too modern or too traditional. Several people mentioned they had a nice weight to them, which lead me to think they would be much heavier. I don't think they are too light for indoors, but could see how they could get blown over by a good gust of wind if used outside and the cards inserted were fairly large. They don't feel plastic-y or anything, just not like heriloom quality brass. They definitely don't look cheap. I'm really happy with them for the use I intended them for, and think they would also be perfect on a dining table for name tags or a buffet table for menu descriptions. For the price, they are a great value!

These are perfect on our tables with a set of numbers that I bought as well They don’t make The number stand too tall on the table, where then the others at the table can’t see over it. I like that they are short.
