First off, the darkness is ideal — it’s crisp without being too soft, so your lines look sharp and clean. The lead also resists breakage much better than cheaper alternatives; I’ve used it in my fine 0.2 mm pencil without constantly snapping bits off. The smoothness when writing is excellent — it glides over the paper without scratching or catching. And because it comes in a compact, smartly designed case, the leads are easy to dispense one at a time without dropping or jamming them. For a value set of 100 leads, the price is extremely reasonable. If you write a lot or need precision, this pack is a great buy.

It's good quality lead. It's exactly what I paid money for and it's not a too crazy price for a pack. The weight is nothing and it's not too scratchy to write with.

I think it's weird the lead gets thinner the qty does too. I like how it writes.

Great leads, they are stronger than expected being so thin.

Haven't needed to use it yet and probably won't for a while. However, I have used Pentel leads in the past and so am sure that this lead will work fine.
