my new drill works great, but I have only used it s couple of times.

Quality and price is a steal

Nice drill except for one fatal flaw: you can't get a spare or replacement Neucell battery *anywhere*. I've tried contacting "Neucell", and they don't respond. I've tried contacting "Channel Lock" and they ignore me. NO ONE sells the battery separately, so if you want a battery to charge while you're using one, you better buy two drills. When the battery eventually dies, as it will, the drill is useless.

A very sturdy and hearty tool it works amazing I am really grateful for this tool. I am doing a remodel and it is come in quite handy

I too purchased this drill from Sam's Club. It worked a few months and now won't hold a charge long enough to dril 2 or 3 holes! It's a piece of worthless JUNK without a replacement battery available!!!

It is an old clunky battery The company has not made this product in years. No support. No compatible replacement battery. Do not purchase
