I initially bought these for assisted pull ups then I bought the whole set. They work so well for me being an older athlete. They seem to stress my joints less and the resistance is different but I like it. Light and compact, you can take them everywhere. I watched the videos and I appreciate the company's environmental stance. I'll probably buy more just to have two each of the smaller ones. Great stuff!

These changed my life. I recently started a new job, didn't have half the spare time I used to and I slowly slowly stopped going to my gym. I was starting to resign myself to a life of laziness, there's no way I was driving to the gym after work and there was no way I was waking up early enough to go before work. My room mate got a set of these and there awesome! I get home from work and can do a full body workout in my kitchen.
